REQUIREMENTS:
- Perform daily accounting transactions in Xero and TIS systems accurately and on time.
- Collect, verify, and organize closing and supporting financial documents promptly.
- Prepare weekly turnover, stock control, and purchase reports for management review.
- Assist in monthly preparation of Cash Flow and Profit & Loss statements.
- Conduct supplier reconciliations and manage payment schedules.
- Support VAT and Municipality Tax preparation and submissions according to UAE regulations.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all operational payments.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities as required.
Assist with budget monitoring and cost control activities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing; ACCA/CPA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality or F&B accounting within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with IIKO is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English; Russian is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
